Certified Appliance Accessories 3-Prong to 4-Prong Dryer Cord Adapter with Ground Wire, LA009A

For years, licensed plumbers, electricians and appliance installers have relied on Certified Appliance Accessories for their power cords, hoses and connectors. Now you can too. Enjoy the convenience offered by this 3-Prong to 4-Prong Dryer Cord Adapter from Certified Appliance Accessories. Most 240-volt dryer outlets installed in homes built prior to 1997 are 3 prong. But most new dryers come with a 4-prong cord. This adapter makes it easy to plug that new 4-prong cord into your existing 3-prong outlet. No need to change out the cord or the outlet! Simply plug the 3-prong male end of the adapter into the wall outlet for the dryer, plug your new dryer cord into the adapter's 4-prong female end, and then plug the attached green ground wire into the ground slot of a nearby 15-amp or 20-amp standard wall outlet. This allows all 4 poles of the dryer's cord to be connected and safely deliver power. Consult your appliance's operation manual for the correct specifications to ensure safety. This high-quality dryer cord adapter has been thoroughly tested and is backed by a 5-year limited warranty. Thank you for choosing Certified Appliance Accessories—Your Appliance Connection Solution.
