The paper care tag is hard to read but it's at least 50% rayon, and I believe the other material is acetate. Made in USA, so likely from the 90s or Y2K. Says dry clean only, but ignore that: it's still beautiful and silky soft and smooth when machine washed cold and tumble dried low.
Measures 18 inches pit to pit, and 28 inches from shoulder to bottom hem. Slightly flared at the bottom, making the silhouette almost like a mini dress.
